The above image is from the introductory module to a training for 60,000 Microsoft sales staff around the world about the new Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology sales system produced in the spring of 2023. Ms. Rubin produced the introductory and closing modules for this training. Since all of the work Ms. Rubin has produced for Microsoft since 2022 is proprietary, actual samples of this work are not available.

Ms. Rubin designs, writes, and produces online trainings using Captivate, Articulate Storyline, RISE 360 and Camtasia. She has expertise in managing these programs within several Learning Management Systems (including SumTotal, Talent Learning Management System and Blackboard.)

In September of 2024 Ms. Rubin produced a short explanation of the ADDIE instructional design model in Storyline to share typical steps in the instructional design process with stakeholders.
